When did you begin working out at Transcend Fitness Club?

Why did you choose to join Transcend?
It was time for me to get in shape. I visited a few of the local clubs and I felt that Transcend was the nicest, cleanest and best gym in the area. I always felt comfortable at Transcend. I did the 7 day trial and I loved the feel of Transcend.
Did you utilize the Staff or Personal Training at all?
I didn’t do personal training but Jess has been a huge wealth of information during my year long journey. She was vital in answering questions I had about equipment, nutrition, and exercise options.
What is the biggest thing you have accomplished since beginning?
I have lost 72 pounds so far and I have embraced my new lifestyle. The biggest surprise is that I miss working out if I miss a day. I love seeing the positive changes in my body from more stamina, energy, muscles and toning.
Would you recommend Transcend Fitness and Personal Training to someone?
Absolutely! I already have! Transcend has an amazing atmosphere, nice/new equipment for cardio and weights. I love the feeling of being a part of the transcend family!
