This 30/30 class will give you a heart pounding jolt on the Spin Bikes for 30 minutes, burning more calories that you could probably consume in the same amount of time. Expect short, strong intervals with hill climbs and sprints. Immediately following, you will jump into the core muscular endurance phase of a Boot Camp class, calling on those muscles we just used through the powerful Spin sprint including upper body, lower body, core and more.
