Amy is a member of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and has been a certified fitness instructor for over 13 years, teaching kickboxing, pilates, indoor cycling and Zumba. Amy has completed numerous Half-Marathons and 10-mile runs, and has placed as well as 3rd in the most recent New Jersey Triathlon.
Amy is a graduate of Bucknell University, works part time in Finance for Johnson & Johnson and is married with three small children. She has been an instructor for over 15 years and teaches Spin, Kickboxing, Step, Cross Train and Muscle Conditioning classes. When she isn’t working, teaching or wiping someone’s nose, she enjoys challenging herself by doing CrossFit.

A graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree through the Health and Physical Education track. Jess has coached in two different school districts at the high school level in both volleyball and basketball. She also served as head club volleyball coach at Temple University.
Kate's experiences as an athlete and coach led her to a career that fosters the importance of fitness, wellness, and motivating others. Kate graduated from Penn State University in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health & Physical Education. Her experience there also included three years as a collegiate athlete as a Penn State cheerleader and later led to a position as a high school educator in lower Delaware where she taught physical education and dance. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a certified group exercise instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Kate uses her training to educate and motivate individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices.
Sandy is an avid cyclist, seasoned triathlete, fitness enthusiast and a certified Madd Dogg spin instructor. Her belief is “Past history is no indication of future returns”, by striving to challenge yourself in one of her motivating classes you can change your future! For the past 10 years her passion for teaching is further demonstrated as a volunteer ski instructor with the Pennsylvania Center for Adapted Sports instructing children and adults faced with physical and developmental challenges.
Steve has earned his Personal Training certifications through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), the International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA) and also the International Aerobic Association (IAA). His experience ranges from baseball, to endurance sports such as mountain climbing and marathon running, including the completion of a 40-mile race.
Tim serves as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, training our athletes to achieve substantial results, season after season. When Tim is not kicking for the Arena Football League, he oversees member relations.
A Temple University graduate with a focus in Kinesiology, Tommy has worked with the area's top athletes, producing collegiate and professional athletes, as well as implementing foundations of Strength and Conditioning throughout numerous Youth Clubs/Leagues/Associations throughout Bucks County.
